Mooresville, NC (August 12, 2020) - Coming off a strong run at his home race at Road America, Josh Bilicki will be back behind the wheel of the #99 Toyota Supra for BJ McLeod Motorsports this weekend at the Daytona International Speedway road course. Primary sponsorship for Daytona will come from Rockford, IL companies Insurance King and Rock’n Vodka. The car will feature a checkerboard paint scheme, paying homage to Rockford, IL band, Cheap Trick, whose lead guitarist and song writer, Rick Nielsen, is part owner of Rock’n Vodka. “Everything about this weekend is very exciting to me,” says Bilicki. “It’s great to have Insurance King back on as the primary sponsor, and to bring a new company, Rock’n Vodka, onboard as well. In regards to the race itself, I have previous experience on the Daytona road course, which will certainly help us go to the front with no practice or qualifying. I’m looking forward to carrying our momentum from Road America and have another great day.” Associate sponsorship for the race weekend will come from Wisconsin Lighting Lab and Custom Fiberglass Molding.
The UNOH 180 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at the Daytona Road Course will take place on Saturday, August 15th at 1:00PM ET and will be televised live on NBCSN.
