(Richfield, WI) Josh Bilicki will compete in the season finale Trans Am race at Daytona International Speedway on Saturday, November 11th. He will drive the #25 B.C. Racecars Chevrolet Camaro in the Trans Am TA2 class. "The Trans Am Series has been on my radar since I was a child," says Bilicki. "It's arguably one of the most historic auto racing series in the country. Racing icons such as AJ Foyt, Mark Donohue, Jack Baldwin, and Tommy Kendall have all raced and won in the series. I can remember watching the Trans Am race every year at Road America in the early 2000s and thinking to myself how cool it would be to race one of these cars. High horse power, not much downforce, and no Traction Control or ABS make the cars challenging to drive, which I really enjoy." "The TA2 class was brought to life right around the same time I began racing sportscars at an amateur level, so I've been able to watch it grow into the class it is today," Bilicki continues. "It produces hard, close racing and attracts some of the best drivers in the country. I'm excited to get behind the wheel of the #25 BC Racing Camaro at Daytona!" Bilicki will bring Sweet Marlays' Coffee onboard the race weekend as an associate sponsor. Sweet Marlays' Coffee is located in Daytona Beach, FL, only about ten minutes away from the Speedway.
