Mooresville, NC (August 15th, 2020) - Josh Bilicki and Insurance King announced today their partnership with The Wounded Blue, an organization for injured and disabled law enforcement officers, which will debut at this weekend’s NASCAR Cup Series doubleheader at Dover International Speedway. Bilicki will drive the #53 Chevrolet Camaro for Rick Ware Racing, and it has sentimental value to Dan Block, president of its sponsor, Insurance King. “My father, Lt. Douglas Block, served 28 years for the Rockford Police Department, but had to retire five years early due to an injury he sustained on duty,” says Dan Block. “It just so happens that his badge number was #53. So, we chose The Wounded Blue in his honor.”
The Wounded Blue — the only national organization that helps officers in distress who were wounded or injured on the job — says they are grateful.
“We are so thankful for people like Josh, and for sponsors like Dan at Insurance King who is sponsoring this car in tribute to these officers,” said Lt. Randy Sutton, founder of The Wounded Blue organization. “Their support means so much to our officers.” About Insurance King: Insurance King has been helping drivers drive legal for less since 2001 by writing low-cost auto insurance, SR-22 insurance, and Motorcycle insurance policies. Saturday and Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series races at Dover International Speedway will both begin at 4:00PM ET and be televised on NBCSN.

As always Insurance King hero card announcements will be on our Facebook page. We have been using action photos instead of renders so all hero cards made after the races.
